You will be responsible for coordinating stock, scheduling production and ensuring smooth communication between production, warehouse, operations and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily production to meet customer demand. Manage stock levels, cycle counts and material requirements. Process orders and ensure materials are available within supplier lead times. Maintain accurate rolling production plans and production records. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to support on-time deliveries. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates. Monitor production figures and input relevant data into internal systems. Deal with invoice and delivery queries. Ensure products and services are delivered accurately and on time.
