Operations Quality ChampionLocation: Home Based with regular travel to manufacturing sitesBusiness: Saint-Gobain Interior SolutionsAt Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for an Operations Quality Champion to join our central Quality team, championing quality excellence and helping to strengthen quality performance, compliance and customer focus across our manufacturing sites and mining activities.This is a unique opportunity to become a Quality Champion within SGIS, helping to shape the future of quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. Working across multiple sites, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach, challenging the status quo, promoting best practice and leading the adoption of quality improvement methodologies.You will build strong relationships with plant teams, empowering them to prevent issues before they occur, strengthen process controls, and deliver sustainable improvements. Through your passion for quality, customer focus and continuous improvement, you will help embed a culture where quality is everyone''s responsibility and operational excellence is the standard.The role is home based, with approximately 50% travel required across our UK manufacturing sites.
