Operations Project Manager Warwick, CV34 50,000 - 55,000 per annum (DOE) 45 hours per week Monday - Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pmFriday: 8:00am - 1:00pm Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and driven Project Manager to take ownership of a range of operational projects that will improve production capability, increase efficiency, and support the company''s long-term growth plans. The Role As an Operations Project Manager, you''ll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a variety of operational improvement projects from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you''ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead operational projects from concept through to completion. Manage facility upgrades, equipment installations, production capacity improvements, site relocations and layout changes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to daily operations. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and resources. Liaise with contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders throughout each project. Build strong working relationships across the business to ensure successful project delivery.
