Operations Project Manager

The Beal Group is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and delivering key infrastructure and systems upgrades. This is a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and transformation of the business.-

Position Summary-

The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of strategic and tactical projects across the organisation. These include ERP/MRP implementation, facility layout changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful and timely project delivery.-

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead and manage operational projects across manufacturing and business support functions.-

• Drive the implementation of ERP systems and ensure integration with key processes.-

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.-

• Track project milestones, maintain detailed documentation, and report progress to senior management.-

• Lead post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and optimize future initiatives.-

• Champion continuous improvement and change management across the group.-

Key Skills & Experience-

• Proven track record in project management within a manufacturing or operational setting.-

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks.-

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.-

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.-

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.-

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-

• On-time and within-budget project delivery rate.-

• Improvement in key operational metrics post-project implementation.-

• ERP implementation success (measured by user adoption and functionality).-
