Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager-to lead the delivery of multiple projects safely, on time, and on budget. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will collaborate across Health & Safety, Electrical, Pre-Construction, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence and strong customer relationships

What you will be doing

• Manage multiple projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance.
• Support the Senior Operations Manager in developing the Operations department and offerings.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and subcontractor performance to meet project goals.
• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all teams.
• Liaise with developers, contractors, highway agencies, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Analyse performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What they are looking for

• Proven operational management experience in utilities, construction, or developer sectors.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Relevant certifications: NRSWA, SMSTS/SSSTS, EUSR or CSCS.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and commitment.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and maintain first-class customer service.
• IT proficient, including Microsoft Office and report writing.
