Responsibilities and duties of the Operations Production Engineer roleReporting to the Operations Manager you will:Support the delivery of site operational strategies, ensuring consistent performance across day and shift teams.Lead and develop operational personnel, promoting safe, reliable and efficient plant operation.Oversee the coordination of work control processes, chairing relevant meetings and ensuring operational impacts are clearly communicated.Act as an operational subject matter expert on compliance, incident response, functional safety and site standards.Monitor daily operating data, production losses and plant status, ensuring accurate reporting and timely action close-out.Provide operational support during plant upsets or incidents and deputise for the Operations Manager when required.Drive continuous improvement across plant performance, processes and procedures, keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.Build effective ..... full job details .....
