Operations PlannerSalary: Up to £37,000 dependant on experienceLocation: Portsmouth, HampshireHours: full-time, on a 3-week rotating shift pattern - Monday to Friday (2 weeks) Wednesday to Sunday (1 week) This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day planning of operational activities, coordinating resources effectively and supporting the delivery of a safe, efficient and customer-focused service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll be responsible for planning operations, coordinating labour requirements and responding quickly to changing operational demands. Schedule and allocate operational resources to meet business requirements. Coordinate labour requirements and support operational teams.
