Operations PlannerSalary: Up to £37,000 dependant on experienceLocation: Portsmouth, HampshireHours: full-time, on a 3-week rotating shift pattern - Monday to Friday (2 weeks) Wednesday to Sunday (1 week) This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day planning of operational activities, coordinating resources effectively and supporting the delivery of a safe, efficient and customer-focused service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll be responsible for planning operations, coordinating labour requirements and responding quickly to changing operational demands. This position would suit someone with planning or logistics experience who enjoys problem-solving, thrives under pressure and is looking to develop their career within a dynamic operational environment.Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Schedule and allocate operational resources to meet business requirements. Coordinate labour requirements and support operational teams. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders. Respond quickly to operational changes and resolve planning issues. Monitor workloads and ensure deadlines are achieved. Maintain accurate operational records and planning information. Support continuous improvements to operational planning processes.
