Operations Manager - Performance, People and Operational Excellence Fixed term Contract to January 2018 £45,000 to £55,000 per annum Build High Performing Teams. Improve Performance. We''re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who combines exceptional people leadership with a passion for operational performance, process improvement and continuous improvement. You''ll play a key role in ensuring a nationally significant service continues to deliver exceptional outcomes while preparing for future change. Working across multiple operational teams, you''ll create the structure, accountability and performance culture needed to consistently deliver against demanding government contractual requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency and using data to drive better decision making.
