Operations Oversight Analyst

Be-Resourcing is excited to present an opportunity for an Operations Oversight Analyst based in Edinburgh. Offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, this role sits within a busy Operations team responsible for overseeing key outsourced providers and ensuring investment operations activities are delivered effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. The main responsibilities for this position include: Supporting trade lifecycle oversight across equities, bonds, FX and derivatives. Performing fund accounting oversight and monitoring cash and stock reconciliations. Producing fund flow, regulatory and governance reporting. Monitoring and overseeing third-party service providers. Investigating operational issues and supporting resolution activities. Maintaining controls, procedures and process documentation. Supporting operational improvement and change projects. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills: Experience within Investment Operations, Fund Operations or Fund Oversight. Knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliations and operational controls. Experience producing MI and operational reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. IOC qualification desirable.
