This is a field-based role, working from home when not attending meetings, training sessions or events. Applicants should live within, or close to, the Central London portfolio area. Build and maintain positive relationships with Licensed Organisations. Provide day-to-day support, guidance and training to DofE staff and volunteers. Develop and implement plans to help organisations grow and improve their DofE provision. Monitor performance, participation and targets using DofE systems and reporting tools. Conduct licence reviews and support the licensing of new organisations. Encourage greater participation from young people experiencing marginalisation. Attend and deliver meetings, training and presentations both online and in person. Support the planning and delivery of regional and national DofE events.
