Working as part of a 24/7 operational team, you''ll play a vital role in monitoring vessel routes, supporting clients, and ensuring maritime safety. This is a shift-based role (4 days on, 4 days off, 9am-9pm), averaging 40-42 hours per week.

• Providing captains with timely and accurate security updates

• Responding to client queries via phone and email

• Monitoring vessel movements for safety and compliance

• Issuing real-time maritime security incident alerts

• Creating detailed Route Risk Reports

• Accurately logging data and supporting day-to-day operations

• Experience in a control room, emergency response or shift-based operations

• Maritime experience is desirable but not essential

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• High attention to detail and confident communication

• Ability to retain and relay critical information quickly and accurately
