Operations Nursery Manager Required In Prep School

We are urgently seeking an Operations Nursery Manager for a full time role based in a Prep school in Birmingham.This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to be qualified and have had some leadership experience, e.g. room leader or deputy or even manager. The role is a mix of being in the rooms, some people management, and some administration, and liaison with families.Type of position: Permanent, full-time, all-year round.Hours of Work: Working hours to be negotiated, to include at least two evenings per week until 6pm.Holidays: Entitlement to 40 days of paid annual leave plus bank holidays, to be taken in school holiday time.Candidates who wish to apply will need to have a Level 3 or above in Childcare.Connaught Resourcing operates as an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
