Operations Manager Permanent Monday - Friday Leek, Staffordshire Up to £55,000 dependant on experience We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of field operations within a growing compliance-led organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring operational services are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership and Planning Lead the daily planning, scheduling, and coordination of field-based engineers. Ensure work is allocated efficiently, balancing customer requirements, engineer competence, and operational capacity. Optimise engineer routes to maximise productivity while reducing travel time and operational costs. Oversee the mobilisation of approved works and ensure smooth operational delivery from quotation through to completion. Maintain clear visibility of all scheduled, live, and completed work across the business.
