This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that people, processes, systems and resources work effectively to deliver excellent customer service, high-quality products, operational efficiency and profitable growth. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement across production planning, procurement, supply chain, logistics, quality, stock control, compliance and team performance. This opportunity would suit a commercially focused and results-driven operations professional with strong manufacturing, engineering or construction-sector experience. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across production, planning and service delivery. Review and improve operational processes, workflows and systems. Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets and service levels. Manage procurement, supplier performance, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
