Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead our service delivery team supporting children and young people affected by crime across Lancashire.This is a full-time, fixed-term role to provide maternity cover. The post is currently home-based, with plans to move to a hybrid working arrangement in the near future, with an office base centrally located within Lancashire.
