We are seeking an experienced and innovative Enterprise and Partnerships Manager to oversee and develop a forward-thinking veterans'' housing, welfare, employment, and enterprise model in Wilton. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £50,000 £55,000, with flexibility up to £60,000 for the right candidate, plus a comprehensive benefits package. About the Role As the Enterprise and Partnerships Manager in Wilton, you will lead the overall operation of a pioneering scheme dedicated to improving lives through housing, employment, skills, and enterprise initiatives. You will manage a team of approximately four staff and work closely with senior stakeholders, including local authorities, NHS, DWP, armed forces charities, employers, and government bodies. Your focus will be on creating a strong service culture, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing innovative programmes like the upcoming Enterprise Hub in Wilton. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding employment opportunities, securing funding streams, and enhancing the organisation s external profile.
