Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

What you''ll be doing;

• The Operations Manager will report directly to the Business Manager and be responsible for delivering strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and team engagement.
  
• Responsible for day-to-day management of operatives, staff and site based support to ensure site capability and capacity is maximised.
  
• Responsible for all management aspects to ensure optimum service delivery and the effective and safe organisation of work processes whilst delivering maximum operational efficiency.
  
• Accountable for people management and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company quality, and health & safety obligations.
  
• Act as TM1 and be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance of all company policies and procedures including fleet compliance and any changes to regulatory standards and legislation within the TM1/TM2 role capacity.
  
• Responsible for contribution to achieving the targeted level of operational profitability whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
  
• Utilise data to improve operational performance.
  
• Ensure delivery of a first time collection culture.
  

What we''re looking for;

• Previous experience in waste and fleet management.
  
• Transport CPC.
  
• Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience.
  
• Financial management experience.
