This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational leader who thrives in a structured, professional environment and has experience delivering projects within Tier 1 construction, building safety, remediation or specialist contracting sectors. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing operational performance, enhancing client relationships and driving programme success across multiple projects. About the Role As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of operational planning, resource management, programme delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of projects focused on: Building Safety Act compliance projects Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) Cladding remediation schemes Façade replacement projects Building safety upgrades Refurbishment and remediation works You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly and profitably whilst maintaining exceptional client service standards.
