The-role

As-the-Group-Operations-Manager-your-duties-will-include:

Provide-operational-leadership-across-all-operations

Oversee-day-to-day-manufacturing-and-operational-activities-across-multiple-sites

Ensure-delivery-against-safety,-quality,-cost-and-schedule-objectives

Support-new-business-activity-through-operational-input-into-tenders and bids.

Promote-and-maintain-a-strong-health-&-safety-culture-across-the-business

Monitor-operational-KPIs-and-drive-improvements-in-productivity and-efficiency-

Lead-continuous-improvement-initiatives-and-support-lean-manufacturing-activities

Previous-senior-operations-management-experience

Strong-leadership-and-people-management-skills
