The Role of Operations Manager The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful running of the business with a focus on the day to day operation of the hotel. The Operations Manager will lead the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and work safely and effectively at all times, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving skills and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
