Operations Manager

We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager for a highly respected and established manufacturer of premium windows, doors, and specialist glazing solutions in both uPVC and aluminium. With a turnover of 15 million and a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion. The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and optimise all operational aspects of the business. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring efficiency across production, supply chain, logistics, and overall business operations. You will play a key role in scaling the business, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
