Operations Manager - Technical / Hard Services (Birmingham)

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Technical / Hard Services to lead FM service delivery across a key BT account in Birmingham.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Hard and Soft FM operations, ensuring technical excellence, statutory compliance, operational performance, and exceptional client service. You''ll provide governance across M&E systems, critical infrastructure, asset management, and compliance while leading high-performing teams and specialist suppliers.

We''re looking for someone with:

• Strong Facilities Management leadership experience within a Hard Services environment
• Extensive knowledge of M&E systems, critical plant, and statutory compliance
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and service partners
• A proven track record in operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
