Operations Manager

Operations Manager My customer is seeking a tenured Operations Manager / Business Manager to join them on a contract basis for 12 Months. You will be required to be on site 3 days per week in Sheffield. As the succseful Operations Manager you will be managing effective operations and delivering operational excellence so that IT stakeholders can focus solely on delivering software and IT projects. 5 key areas of expertise needed will be management experience within finance, workforce, vendor, portfolio, accountability and governance. Standard process operations will be your expertise and you will be joining a team of over 200 Operation Managers across the global business. You will be managing a small team of 2-4 people split across India and Sheffield and knowing how to mobilise this team and use them to deliver E2E with your direction and input is essential for the Operations Manager position.
