Operations Manager

Stephen James Consulting are exclusively representing an established ''family run'' elderly provider, in their search for an Operations Manager based in Surrey. This pivotal role of the Operations Manager will oversee and drive operational excellence across this small portfolio of residential care homes. Reporting directly to the Board the Operations Manager will be accountable for the efficient running of all care home operations. You will be responsible for: Comprising the highest standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance (CQC), supporting Home Managers and staff, along with implementing the care providers strategic objectives on an operational level. Identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the operations, (From care delivery processes to administrative systems) The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the delivery of commercial and quality objectives across the portfolio Care Homes. You will lead the development on your team, developing succession plans within the region to facilitate their growth objectives over the medium term. To be considered for this role of Regional Operations Manager you will need the following experience: Significant management experience within elderly social care, ideally as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site manager in a care home group.
