Your Role as an Operations Manager will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations across solar installations
* Coordinating engineers, schedules and workloads
* Supporting project delivery across domestic and light commercial sites
* Liaising with customers and ensuring smooth job completion
* Maintaining high standards across installation and service delivery

The successful Operations Manager will have:
* Background in Solar PV or electrical installations
* Experience coordinating works or stepping into a supervisory/operations role
* Understanding of domestic installations (commercial experience beneficial)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs
* Full UK driving licence
