Operations Manager The Company Our client has grown to be one of the UK s largest suppliers of building and construction steel reinforcement solutions for the forming, fixing, connecting and reinforcing of concrete into the Construction and Civil s industry. This growth has seen the company turnover increase and their ability to service clients far beyond their expectations. With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to succession plan for their operations in the Craigavon area. The Role This is a fundamental role in the company s business strategy and requires individuals of an ambitious nature; the roles will allow applicants to develop Production control specifically manpower, activity, health and safety and work schedules. Basic HR function in terms of staff training and development, Health and Safety in a busy Production environment as well as control and compliance of Quality and Quality standards. This role will be an evolving role that will give applicants real prospects to progress into a furthermore senior Management role. Operating across the whole Production/Manufacturing operation but with key focus on Labour, Manufacturing, HandS, MRP, Quality, TQM and Process Improvement you will get the chance to champion and develop each department.
