Operations Manager

As the Operatiosn Manager you will be the senior operational authority across multiple sites, leading teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service in an environment where reliability, safety and uptime are paramount. The Operations Manager will need: Significant experience leading operations within data centres, mission-critical facilities or similar environments. Strong knowledge of engineering governance, operational resilience, risk management and compliance. Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites. A track record of delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. The ability to lead and coordinate incident response, business continuity and service recovery activities. Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, supplier performance and contract delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, senior stakeholders and technical teams.
