An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of c.80 across the full site operation. This role will drive continuous improvement across the site and shape the future performance of this growing manufacturing business. With a reputation for quality, operational excellence and continuous investment, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, process efficiency and future growth across their Sheffield site. Description This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the overall operational performance of the site. Reporting directly into the Group Operations Director, you will lead multiple functions across the operation, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery while supporting strategic business objectives and ongoing business growth.
