This is a new role to the business, and would suit a current operations manager or an individual from production who is looking to expand their remit. Hours: full time site based Monday to Friday with flexitime available Salary: £55,000-£65,000 The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Coventry site, ensuring all operational functions perform efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives.
