This is a hands-on role where you will oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery, efficient operations, and excellent client relationships.Working closely with the Managing Director, you will play a key role in shaping business strategy, improving processes, and supporting continued growth.Key Responsibilities of our Operations Manager:Act as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry through to project completionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractorsPrepare accurate and competitive quotations for bespoke joinery projectsReview drawings and specifications to assess labour, materials, and timelinesTake off and procure materials in a cost-effective mannerEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationOversee day-to-day workshop operations ..... full job details .....
