This is a senior leadership position within a fully operational facility, responsible for ensuring the plant continues to operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with its environmental permit and planning conditions. The Operations Manager will provide day-to-day leadership to the operations department, driving plant performance, team development and continuous improvement while working closely with the Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager and HSEQ team.
