This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that is genuinely making a difference by providing safe, high-quality homes for people experiencing homelessness across London and Essex.Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Delivery, this is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for shaping and driving the delivery of responsive repairs across a diverse housing portfolio. You''ll lead the operational performance of Responsive Repairs, Voids, Legal Disrepair and Insurance, and Healthy Homes, ensuring services are efficient, compliant, customer-focused and deliver outstanding outcomes for residents.This is far more than a traditional repairs management role. You''ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead service transformation, and play a key role in ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of regulatory compliance, particularly around damp and mould management and Awaab''s Law.
