Reporting to the Head of Asset Delivery, the postholder provides operational leadership and strategic oversight of Local Space''s Responsive Repairs, Voids, Legal Disrepair and Insurance, and Healthy Homes services, ensuring they are customer-focused, efficient, compliant and deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
