Specialising in providing renewable energy solutions for high end properties across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, this company are in an exciting period of growth. Part of a larger nationwide group, they are now looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly professional team.

In this role the successful candidate will oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, effective resource planning and the smooth progression of jobs through to completion and commissioning. They will also develop team members through performance management and training, while collaborating with other department to ensure successful project delivery. This role will be office-based.

This is an ideal role for an experienced Operations Manager within the renewable energy sector who wants to get involved and be vital cog in helping a company achieve it''s exciting growth plans.
