The Role As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production. You''ll lead cross-functional teams, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop production, logistics, and operational teams Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control Ensure full compliance with HSE and regulatory standards Implement and embed continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) methodologies Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and delivery performance Collaborate with technical, RandD, and commercial teams to support innovation and scale-up Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets About You Qualified in a relevant degree Proven experience in an operations / production management role within manufacturing or process-led environments ..... full job details .....
