Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 £37,000.00 + per annum (DoE) Job Summary The Operations Manager will be a key link between the our clients hire and project management teams to the warehouse and transport teams. You will provide line management for the warehouse supervisors and their teams. You will be responsible for: Equipment going on-hire and being returned on time and to quality standards Planning staffing levels to ensure that staff are deployed to maximise productivity, equipment availability and quality of preparation Arranging/recruiting additional temporary or permanent staff to ensure correct staffing levels are maintained Horizon scanning to spot busy periods and planning to maintain our high standards throughout these periods Arranging transport runs and producing route sheets for our in-house drivers.
