Operations Manager - Property Services

We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Greenham Hub managing our in house teams across our Berkshire locality on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works. What you''ll need: Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health and Safety regulations A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction Drives a strong health and safety focus Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work If this is the next career move for you, we would love to hear from you!
