Are you an Operations Manager or similar from a Production background looking to enhance one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK?

Are you looking for a roe with complete autonomy and a high volume of responsibly, managing and overseeing some the fastest moving production teams in their niche industry?

Founded over 30 years ago, this rapidly growing business specialises in a wide range of high-end bespoke facilities and equipment, for activities and leisure. They aim to be a one stop solution within the industry, offering services across the board, from designing the equipment, to manufacturing, installing and servicing them. Doubling their turnover within the last 12 months, they have clear goals to be the leading supplier within the industry.

In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to expert for all production related enquires and operations, managing all production teams across the business, from the CNC team and sewing team, to the manufacturing teams. Alongside this, you will be acting as a point of contact for all clientele whilst managing and overseeing projects.

The Role:

• Managing all production teams within the business
• Managing a range of bespoke facilities projects
• Acting as a point of contact for all clientele
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
