Operations Manager - Power and Hire

We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the Critical Power operations from end to end. The role: Lead and develop a team of Depot Engineers, Yard Hands, and Field Service Engineers. Manage the maintenance, repair, and testing of critical power equipment. Oversee the workshop and depot to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Plan and resource all field service and project activities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Coordinate logistics from equipment preparation and dispatch to site delivery and return. Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance with a zero-harm mindset. Collaborate closely with Sales and Project Management teams for seamless project handovers. Drive continuous improvement across operations, safety, and service standards. What we are looking for: Essential: Proven experience in an operational management or senior technical role within critical power, generator, or electrical industries.
