This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for site performance, including production, engineering, and compliance.You will drive efficiency, quality, and output while holding PandL accountability and leading cross-functional teams. The role also includes ownership of health and safety, regulatory compliance, audits, and engineering strategy, including PPM and asset reliability.Acting as second-in-command, you will deputise for the General Manager when required, ensuring continuity of leadership across the site. Sector Manufacturing / Processing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Operations Manager Proven experience in a operations or production management role within a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including production and engineering.
