What You ll Bring to the Team Proven operational leadership within an engineering/manufacturing environment, in a position such as Operations Director, Site Lead, General Manager etc Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills A proven track record of managing day-to-day operations while also contributing to long-term corporate growth strategies. Degree educated in a relevant field is a benefit, but not as important as the experience you ll bring with you What You ll Be Doing Overseeing all operations at the manufacturing site, effectively managing the business as it scales up.
