Operations ManagerPertemps are currently working with a leading manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their new site operations, drive performance, and support continued business growth.Key Responsibilities as an Operations Manager: Lead manufacturing, supply chain and engineering operationsDrive productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performanceImplement Lean and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and lead high-performing operational teamsManage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with HSE and quality standards (AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)RequirementsSenior leadership experience within an engineering and manufacturing operationCNC Knowledge, with precision engineering understandingExcellent management and large team leadership experience Proven ability to improve operational performance and lead teamsCommercially aware with excellent communication skillsConfident to support with large scale growth of the businessPackage fully negotiable depending on experience.
