Operations Manager - Buckinghamshire
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced Operations Manager for our client within the Disrubituoon Industry.
This role is responsible for daily activities across functions including Spare Parts, Sales and Services Administration, Warehouse, HandS and Facilities.
Salary: up to £50,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duties:
- Promoting and devoloping internal systems to ensure all customers, suppliers details are kept up to date.
- Assisting senior management in setting goals that promote company growth
- Preparing budgets, schedules, and other reports when needed
- Managing the after sales function
- Drive the probability of the company products by recommending cost-reducing intitatives, whilst maintaining prodcutivty
- Developing plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Providing weekly and or monthly report on agreed KPI''s.
- Take repsonsibilty for the company products lines
- Promoting and enforcing safety in the workplace
- Collaborating closely with other departments to promote efficiency
Requirements:
- Team leader experience 3 years
- Experience working in a office/warehousing environment
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Your own transport due to location
