We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a growing and established business within the manufacturing and installation sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment and thrives on keeping operations organised, efficient and running smoothly. Importantly, you do not necessarily need to already hold an Operations Manager title. Our client is very open to an ambitious individual with strong operational experience who can demonstrate the potential, drive and capability to develop into the management position. The Role You will play a key role within the day-to-day operation of the business, helping to coordinate workloads, maintain efficient processes and ensure customers, orders and operational requirements are effectively managed. The position will suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
