Overview

We are looking for an amazing Operations Manager for a city-based boutique Legal Recruitment firm. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office based near Bank Station, 3 days WFH. You will be supporting a close-knit, friendly, but incredibly busy team. The role is varied and will keep you on your toes!We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a similar role and can bring a diverse skillset to help the office. You will also be supporting the Director with PA duties. A Recruitment/legal background could be beneficial for this position, but not essential.Responsibilities

Operations ManagementDealing with office landlord in relation to the lease and rentOrdering office supplies and hardwareOrganising all team and client events and meetingsManaging insurance coverage (reviewed annually)Liaising with suppliers – database, IT support, advertising, softwareManaging Nest Pension SchemeCreating, updating and maintaining company policiesManaging phone contractsRecruitment and Admin SupportLiaising with clients and candidates to organise interviewsFormatting CVs and business plans using Word/PowerPointLoading candidate CVs to job portalsCollating information for candidates re: jobsUsing search databases to create market mapsMaintaining company databaseResponding to client pitches and tenders, supplying market data requested by clientsPA Support – diary organisation, restaurant bookings and travelIT – dealing with all IT related matters including annual audits and security in conjunction with IT support companyOnboarding/OffboardingFinance – invoicing/billing/expenses using Xero accounting softwareChasing unpaid invoices; tracking and recording all billing; ensuring database and operations finance documents balanceManagement of company bank accountPaying company VAT and Corporate TaxMarketing and Business Development – managing company LinkedIn accountProducing content for social media channels and websiteWriting recruitment advertsProducing market and salary updates for clients and candidatesCreating marketing and business development materials such as NQ and PSL handbooksWebsite management and updating in conjunction with web/design agencyManaging domain names via Go Daddy; dealing with domain name/trademark issues in conjunction with lawyersCompliance and Certifications – managing GDPR process and REC membership informationICO – check auto-renewal annually, make any necessary updates and download certificateMaintaining Cyber Security, Cyber Essentials annual certification, in conjunction with IT support ..... full job details .....
