Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Manager to lead and develop multiple departments including Production, Shop Floor, Design, and Quality. This role is focused on optimising manufacturing and fabrication processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and driving operational excellence. The successful Operations Manager will bring strong experience in managing teams through growth, introducing new machinery and technology, and improving efficiency across production environments. This is a highly practical role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing setting and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support the team.
