Role and Responsibilities – Operations Manager In this role, you will be a core member of the management team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the businesses UK HQ. This will mean being responsible for developing and improving all functions related to assembly and manufacturing for the site. Other responsibilities include:   Setting the vision and objectives for the Operations function whilst motivating, mentoring and coaching colleagues to develop into a high performing team.
