      <description>Location: Royston | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | The Role - Operations Manager Royston  As Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of the manufacturing operation, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, to the highest quality standards, and within budget. Working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams, you will drive efficiency, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support the ongoing growth of the business.
