About the Company Our client is a well-established financial planning practice based in Hampshire, providing straight-talking, personalised advice across wealth management, pensions, investments, mortgages and protection. With a growing team of advisers and dedicated support functions behind them, they are now looking to strengthen their leadership team with the appointment of an Operations Manager. About the Role Operations Manager role responsible for the people and operational side of the practice. Reporting to the Director, you will make sure teams perform well, workloads stay under control, processes work, and routine issues are resolved at the right level, without everything needing to land on the Director''s desk. For the right person, there is a genuine path to progress into a Director-level role over time.
