Using cutting edge technology capabilities monitor live execution progress across all own fleet and carrier partner resources. Ensure proactive management of plan execution non-conformance to ensure successful delivery performance on behalf of our customers. Identify, fix and monitor. Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies, traffic regulations, and safety protocols. Provide management of all transport-related issues to ensure maintenance issues recorded and actioned in advance of dayshift handover. Maintain accurate transport records including delivery logs, vehicle checks, and incident reports. Proactively manage driver issues including sickness and non-attendance in order to protect customer service performance.
